Where’s My Invoice – I Need to Pay My Membership Dues

We recognize that in the past paper invoices were sent out to members for renewal. In order to better serve our members, this year we automated our system to provide everyone with the opportunity to renew online. Through email notification and the Washington Wire, we encouraged everyone to renew online to reduce our printing and mailing costs as well as to maximize staff resources.  Lowering our costs allow us to reallocate the money towards increased programs and services to benefit our members.  However, we are always willing to generate paper invoices and mail them as needed as we realize some people are not comfortable with paying online and we want to accommodate everyone as best as possible.  If you would like to receive an invoice in the mail, please email membership@awis.org and we will send one to you without delay. As always, thank you for your membership in AWIS and for your support of women in science.
